This once dated and dark downtown Lincoln condo underwent a massive transformation to become the serene retreat it is today. It now serves as a part-time residence for the loveliest couple from western Nebraska.

The owners were seeking an organic modern vibe, with an earthy color pallet and black accents. My challenge was to fulfill their wish list, while not straying too far from the historic nature of the building.
