This home was actually featured in the 2023 Lincoln Spring Parage of Homes.

The builder requested a modern but livable look and feel. We tried to pack a design punch in the kitchen with the tiled hood, a niche behind the stove, and black stone countertop ledge detail. The rest of the home flows harmoniously from there.
